Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in the field or in similar roles

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Speak English fluently

• Eager to learn, discuss, and share knowledge

• Based in Argentina

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the project stays within budget, adheres to timelines, and meets its objectives while maintaining flexibility

• Guarantee effective communication with the client and the team, to align and coordinate various aspects of a project

• Organize and follow-up on the different stages of our validated process effectively to ensure team autonomy

• Guide the production team to complete the project scope on time and anticipate potential issues, creating a creative and conducive work environment

• Coordinate tools and project aspects to facilitate collaboration between departments and achieve the objectives

• Carry out internal tasks related to our in-house team, social media, and our unique work culture

• Collaborate in the Marketing and Sales strategy and execution according to business objectives

We'd also love it if you had

• Knowledge in the digital design and/ or development field

• Experience in Marketing for B2B

• Experience in facilitating collaborative workshops

• Experience interviewing users and running user tests
