About the role...

Responsibilities

• Understand the business model of Indicius and our clients.

• Design solutions aligned with the needs of the client and users.

• Build trust with the client and guide them throughout the project.

• Carry out assigned projects autonomously, complying with Indicius quality standards.

• Maintain fluid communication and effective collaboration with the team, with partners and with clients.

• Share learnings with the team.

• Learn about industry news and propose improvements and updates in design services.

Daily work

• Carry out the design process of websites and apps, within the estimated times: research, information architecture, low and medium fidelity wireframes, preparation of UI Kits and Design Systems, high fidelity mockups, prototyping, transfer to development and visual QA.

• Evaluate existing designs applying inspection methods and report usability and accessibility problems and possible improvements.

• Participate in meetings with the team and with the client (in English), making valuable contributions from the design point of view.

• Propose and participate in workshops for both client projects and internal improvements.

• Actively collaborate with the design team, either providing or receiving feedback. Participate in Indicius initiatives for internal growth: team and individual OKRs, monitoring of the Indi Development Plan.

Education

• Career in a design area: graphic design, image and sound design or similar.

• Knowledge of Figma.

• Fluent English (B2-C1).
